Are The Hemp Doctor's products legal?
Yes. Every product is made from US-grown hemp and contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight, within the federal standard set by the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp-derived products that meet this threshold are federally legal and can be shipped across the US. Some states restrict certain cannabinoids, so check your state's rules before stocking.
Do I need a brick-and-mortar business to work with you?
No. We work with brick-and-mortar stores, online retailers, dispensaries, smoke and vape shops, and distributors. You will need a valid business license or reseller permit to open a wholesale account.
Do you work with businesses outside of the U.S.?
