As a retailer, you understand the importance of catching up with market trends and keeping your inventory fresh.
Unfortunately, this can be tough for some retailers in other specialty markets. Fortunately, being in the cannabis-based market means a seemingly endless line of new products to excite your customers.
You’ve likely seen some of our latest offerings in the THC-0 and HHC lines. We’d like to introduce you to our line of bulk Delta 9 gummies and other THC products available at wholesale pricing.
How Could Delta 9 THC Be Legal?
We asked the same question. We know that cannabis THC is not legal on a federal level, even though many states have decriminalized it. But unless something has changed, how could we claim now that it is legal?
Well, it turns out it’s been legal all along, but only with specific limitations.
We all know The Farm Bill of 2018 made all hemp products legal as long as they contain no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC. This is what opened up the CBD and hemp-based market to begin with.
So, by allowing up to 0.3% THC, the federal government allows a certain amount in each product. When you do the math, you realize that 0.3% equals 3 milligrams per gram of product.
This means that a 4-gram gummy could contain up to 12 milligrams of Delta 9 THC and still be completely legal on a federal level. And that is no insignificant amount! So, this is the math we use to infuse as much Delta 9 THC as legally allowed into each of our Delta 9 products.

What Your Customers Will Experience
These products are packed with healthy amounts of Delta 9 THC, which many customers have found more powerful than delta-8 gummies and other forms of consuming cannabis products. Your customers can expect to experience the same effects as they would if they were to take a marijuana-infused gummy of the same concentration.
They will get the usual head high and feelings of euphoria as they would with any Delta 9 THC product. If you compare edibles to edibles, it will be around the same reaction time and duration as a marijuana edible. The big difference is that we include a potent amount of CBD in the mixture, which is significant. It provides the user with an “entourage effect”!
Adding CBD to the formula causes Delta 9 and CBD cannabinoids to work together as they enhance the benefits of the other cannabinoids. Anecdotal evidence and some research have confirmed these findings.
In this case, the CBD will enhance the benefits of Delta 9 THC in the euphoric user experience. In addition, it may reduce the negative side effects like red eyes, munchies, and cottonmouth that the user would experience if they just took a Delta 9 THC product alone.

Your Market for Our Delta 9 THC Gummies
The first rollout of our Delta 9 THC products is for three lines of Delta 9 Gummies.
One is a Delta 9 THC/CBD combination for daily use. The second is a Delta 9 THC/CBD/CBN combination formulated to provide a full spectrum of active ingredients for nighttime use to help your customers achieve a good night’s sleep. The third is a blend of Delta 9 THC and Delta 8 THC, providing you with a potent 65mg of THC.
The first two lines come in a choice of tangerine, watermelon, and elderberry in 30-count jars. Of course, you will get the same lab-tested, premium-quality products as you have come to expect from The Hemp Doctor. The third line is available in Watermelon Rings, Peach Rings, Blue Razz Rings, Cherry Rings, Cosmic Rings, and Green Apple Slices.
All Delta-9 products are currently edibles because the law allows notable amounts in edibles more than other forms. These products are typically flavored as traditional candy rather than with indica or sativa terpenes.
Pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and other products may be available soon, depending on how the law is decided.
Your market for these products is the customers who want to have the marijuana experience legally. THC-O may be too strong for some customers, and Delta 8 THC or HHC may not have enough kick. This provides a similar experience as with marijuana, just without legal red tape.
Delta 9 Wholesale FAQs
Would you like to know a little more before you carry delta-9 in your store? Below, we’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions asked by shopkeepers and customers.
Use these answers as a resource when your customers ask what Delta-9 is and how it compares to related products.
Can Delta 9 be sold online?
Compliant Delta-9 products can be sold online and legally shipped to customers under federal law. Your state may impose restrictions on cannabinoids or products at the legal limit. Verify your state laws before purchasing.
How much is a lot of Delta 9?
THC tends to affect each person differently, and those who have consumed it for a long time can become tolerant. Start with a single gummy, or even half of a gummy, and find out how you like the effects.
How does Delta-9 compare to THC-O?
THC-O is another popular new formulation that has followed the introduction of delta-8 and CBD products. Delta-9 has been reported by users to have a milder effect than THC-O.
Delta-9 is still considered a highly effective active ingredient. Beginners should start with small doses regardless of which one they try. Customers looking for a milder experience should consider CBD products.
Can Delta 9 be mailed?
Federal law does not prohibit you from mailing Delta-9, which has been legally derived from hemp plants and meets threshold requirements. The Delta-9 products we supply to businesses are formulated to comply with federal law.
Some states have acted to ban cannabinoid products, including vape materials, smokable hemp, and related products. Check with your state laws to verify that you can carry these products.
What states can sell hemp-derived Delta 9?
Delta-9 exists in a highly-fluid regulatory market. Some states are taking action to make more hemp substances legal, while at the same time, many are moving forward with the legalization of delta-9 from any source.
You may experience regulatory issues in—
- Colorado/North Dakota/Washington: These states ban the conversions many companies depend on to get high enough delta-9 from hemp. These states all allow cannabis-derived delta-9 edibles.
- Idaho: This state imposes a total ban on delta-9, even if it comes from hemp and is under the federal limit.
Is Delta-9 allowed on planes?
The TSA allows your customers to carry federally-compliant Delta-9 gummies in carry-on and checked baggage. As long as they are solid, they are not subject to the strict limits placed on liquids and gels. You may carry as many of them as you can reasonably fit in your luggage.
While TSA agents are generally required to return all compliant edibles after security screening, they may be required to dispose of or report items that cannot be confirmed as legal. Recommend that your customers keep items in their packaging until they pass TSA checkpoints.
