1. Organic Farming
Every product we create starts with our natural proprietary strain of phytocannabinoid-rich hemp. Our hemp is grown in the nutrient-rich soils of Colorado, Oregon, and North Carolina. Our farmers operate under stringent guidelines and use only 100% organic practices.
We utilize a high-tech farming process. Not only enriching the quality of our natural proprietary strains but also making sure our products are non-toxic, regulated, and unrivaled in their potency and consistency.
2. Raw Hemp Processing
After the plants are harvested they are dried and warehoused. When a plant is needed for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. The milling method adheres to the highest quality standards in the industry. Once processed, it is then shipped to our processing and manufacturing facilities in Colorado, Oregon, and North Carolina.
3. Proprietary Extraction & Solids Processing
Our proprietary hemp extraction process guarantees the preservation of nearly all beneficial hemp-derived cannabinoids and terpenes while allowing us to purge unwanted compounds. This process ensures that our products contain the synergistic compounds required to produce the Entourage Effect that contributes directly to the efficacy of our CBD oil.
Every drop of our Hemp Doctor phytocannabinoid-rich (PCR) hemp oil contains more than 100 cannabinoids including CBD, CBDA, CBG, CBN, CBC, and THCA.
You will also find a number of naturally occurring terpenes and flavonoids. What does this mean for you? It means that The Hemp Doctor products contain a full spectrum of beneficial natural compounds.
While CBD on its own offers many benefits, research has found that a full spectrum product (a product containing other naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes derived from hemp) leads to multiplying benefits. This is called the Entourage Effect. Once removed, the oil is then pressed to separate most of the oil from the plant solids.
4. The Refining Process
Our 0% THC-Free CBD
This is one of the most important steps of our 0% THC process, removing even the most microscopic traces of THC. We use chromatography technology to remove any unwanted compounds still present in the oil. These compounds include not only trace amounts of THC but also wax, chlorophyll, and plant pigments. It is then “washed” and “polished” to create the highest quality, THC-free CBD oil available for our customers.
Our 0.3% THC Full Spectrum CBD
Our Full Spectrum CBD is from the whole plant and is full of all the terpenes, cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, CBN, just to name a few), flavonoids, and fatty acids found in hemp, all of which have great value of their own and help create what’s known as the entourage effect.
5. Lab Testing
Our testing is done in-house and verified through independent, third-party labs using HPLC testing methods, with certificates of analysis and potency reports. To test our PCR hemp oil we work with independent labs across the country. Accurately testing the product is of utmost importance to guarantee our customers the maximum quality of our product. No dangerous solvents are used in the processing of our PCR hemp oil and the final product is entirely solvent-free. The labs that we work with are just a few in the world that are qualified and capable of doing the testing that’s necessary to fulfill our quality standards.
6. Proprietary Nano-Emulsion Technology
Some of our Hemp Doctor products require our oil to go through another processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that converts it into nano-sized emulsions. This makes it the maximum bioavailable full-spectrum CBD in the industry. We are able to make our particles 25-60 nanometers in size. This small size gives them improved bioavailability, causing them to be more easily absorbed into the blood.
This nano-emulsion method can make our formulas five times more bioavailable than oil-based products. It also makes it four times more bioavailable than other water-soluble hemp-based oils.
What does this mean for you? You can use less of our product to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors.
