Damage During Shipping

Be sure to check your order carefully once it arrives for any shipping damages. You can submit claims for any damaged items by emailing us at orders@TheHempDoctor.com within 3 days after receiving the shipment. Please include specific details and photos of product damage.

Product Return

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a 30% restocking fee.  Please note, the products must be postmarked for return within 30 days after receiving your order.  Once the product(s) have been returned, you will receive your partial refund of 70%.  Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.  Failure to adhere to these requests will result in no credit back to you or your business.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, (please phone or email customer service at 704-662-0058 or orders@thehempdoctor.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the following address:
